Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase and that the goods meet your requirements. If for any reason you are unhappy you may return the goods to us in accordance with our returns policy. Returning goods to us is simple and hassle free. Please contact us using the returns form below.

It is essential that any product returned back to us must be unused, repackaged in the original packaging using clear tape and in a resaleable condition. Please attach images of the actual product(s) that you received and are now returning (Note: Please do not send us an image from our website). We have the right to refuse any return where these conditions are not met.

How to return products by your own means:

From the date you receive your order, you have 14 days to return your product for a full refund if you change your mind. You can return the product by your own means to us for a full refund. Please fill out the returns form below for further information.

How to return products through our courier:

From the date you receive your order, you have 14 days to return your product for a full refund if you change your mind. We can arrange for our courier to collect the parcel(s) from you. Please Note: €10 per box will be deducted from your return to cover the courier charge. We try our best to have returns collected from you as soon as possible, however, some returns can take up to 7 working days to be collected.

Cancellations

We can cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). To cancel an order, please email us at 'hello@pets.ie'. Please quote your order reference number which you will find on your order confirmation email.

How to return a damaged product

  1. If a product is defective in any way, please email us at hello@pets.ie and provide us with photos and as much information as possible.
  2. Please do not try to repair the damaged product yourself before contacting us, as we will be unable to refund or replace it.
  3. It is essential that any product returned back to us must be unused, repackaged in the original packaging using clear tape.
  4. A member of our team will contact you to discuss further and arrange the appropriate remedy.
